Tim Middleton - Principal

Tim is a founding Principal at Kinley Capital Group and is responsible for the firm’s acquisition, underwriting, and financing activities.

Tim spent 17 years with Steadfast Companies, a large national multifamily owner and operator.  Serving in multiple roles, ending his tenure with over 4 years as Chief Investment Officer, Tim was a member of the leadership team that drove Steadfast’s significant growth and launched three public REIT funds focused on workforce housing. With Steadfast, Tim acquired and financed over 50,000 multifamily units, representing $10 billion in capital transactions.

Prior to Kinley Capital, Tim spent two years as Senior Vice President – Asset Management with Irvine Company, leading a 20-person team responsible for the company’s 55 million square foot office portfolio. 

Tim began his real estate career with Trammell Crow in Los Angeles.

Tim holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
