Josh Adams - Principal

Josh is a founding Principal at Kinley Capital Group and is responsible for asset management and value-add execution. Josh has 20 years of asset management and operations experience. 

Over the course of his career, Josh has been primarily focused on class B and C value-add assets. He has asset managed over 60 assets, totaling more than 16,000 units in seven states and 11 major markets. Josh has personally overseen the interior renovation of more than 7,000 units and been directly involved in more than 30 major exterior and amenity renovations totaling more than $70 million.

Prior to founding Kinley Capital, Josh served as Vice President of Asset Management for Ashland Greene Capital Partners. Before that, Josh worked in asset management for companies including Cypress Equity Investments, The Related Companies, and Ilan Investments. 

Josh holds a B.S. from Texas A&M University.
